I'm so pissed with the SIM payment services today... Today was the last day of payment of sch fee & i went to pay the fee b4 my lecture starts... My mum passed me her card the night b4 & told me tt the limit is $5k... But the person behind the counter insisted tt the limit is $2k & refused to TRY to swipe the card... She told me VERY LOUDLY tt the limit is $2k & it's the same for all cards... When i told her i wanna call my mum to ask, she said VERY LOUDLY again, "U call ur mum now oso no use, u can't swipe more than $2k." WTF!!! Den she asked me to go withdraw the balance of the fee & come back again. I went to queue up at the POSB ATM machine in sch & suddenly realised tt my mum's card is UOB!!!!! SHIT!!!!! As i was already late for lecture, i went up to the LT & met my frenz outside... They told me there's one UOB ATM machine at CLEMENTI. Late payment of sch fee will hafta pay another $50 & coz i dun want the sch to earn tt $, i went ALL THE WAY to CLEMENTI to withdraw the $...
Result: I was late for lecture for an hour.
What i was not happy abt is, why can't she juz try to enter the amt into the system & see can or not... At least if really cannot i can still accept it la.. Bloody hell... Not only my time was wasted but travelling back & forth cost $ too k....
Gonna give them negative feedback during the online evaluation of their service... Bleah...
